本期文章介绍世界知识产权组织的WIPO学院。WIPO学院面向世界知识产权组织成员国，尤其是发展中国家、最不发达国家（LDC）和转型国家，是知识产权教育和培训的卓越中心。学院致力于助力知识产权领域的人才培养，这对创新至关重要。

In this article, we will be introducing WIPO Academy, the center of excellence for intellectual property (IP) education and training for WIPO member states, in particular developing countries, least-developed countries (LDCs) and countries in transition. The Academy works to help build human capacity in IP, which is essential to innovation.

学院分为专业发展计划、远程学习计划和学术机构计划（包括联合培养硕士计划和暑期班）三个板块，涵盖丰富的知识产权一般课程和专业课程，服务于决策者和政府官员、发明者和创造者、企业管理人员和知识产权专业人士、知识产权学生和教师。

Our three programs cover a rich portfolio of both general and specialized courses on IP, and cater to different target audiences: policy makers and government officials, inventors and creators, business managers and IP professionals, students and teachers of IP civil society.

Under this program, the Academy offers specialized courses with IP offices of WIPO Member States to enhance the skills of government officials from developing countries, least developed countries (LDCs) and countries with economies in transition in the field of intellectual property (IP).

Since 1999, we have been offering distance learning (DL) courses, covering all aspects of intellectual property (IP), to both professionals and those new to the field. 3.1 联合培养硕士计划 Joint Master's Programs

学院与世界各地许多知名高校合作提供知识产权联合硕士学位，旨在支持发展中国家、最不发达国家和经济转型期国家的参与者获取知识产权高等教育。合作高校包括：同济大学、都灵大学、安卡拉大学、非洲大学、雅温得第二大学、韩国发展研究院公共政策与管理学院等。

WIPO Academy offers Joint Master's degrees in IP in partnership with a number of prestigious universities around the world, aiming to support access to intellectual property (IP) higher education, especially to participants from developing countries, least developed countries (LDCs) and countries with economies in transition. The universities in partnership include Tongji University, University of Turin, Ankara University, Africa University, the University of Yaoundé II, Korean Development Institute School of Public and etc.

课程还尽可能为学员提供在产权组织、部分地区知识产权局、国家知识产权局或私人公司实习实践的机会。

Where possible, participants are given the opportunity for a hands-on experience through internships at WIPO, certain regional IP offices, national IP offices or in private companies.

3.2 暑期班 Summer Schools

暑期班为大学生和青年专业人员提供了更为深入了解知识产权知识的机会，了解知识产权如何能够作为工具促进可持续发展，以及世界知识产权组织在管理和提供全球知识产权服务方面所发挥的作用。

The WIPO Summer Schools provide an opportunity for university students and young professionals to acquire a deeper knowledge of IP, and how it can be used as a tool for sustainable development, as well as the role of WIPO in the administration and the provision of global IP services.

暑期班面向大学生、有商务和法律背景的青年专业人员和因职责要求须了解国际知识产权制度运作及其与卫生、气候变化和农业等其他政策领域交集的政府官员。

The Summer Schools are aimed at university students, young professionals with a business and law background, and government officials whose duties may require them to have an understanding of how the international IP system functions and its intersection with other policy areas such as health, climate change, and agriculture.
